On The Day

Setting Up:

We will arrive on site at an appropriate time allowing sufficient time for the display to be prepaired ready for the required firing time. This will usually be several hours before the designated firing time, on the day of the display. However some very large/complicated displays require that we spend several days setting up on site!

Display Reduction:

Local weather conditions (wind direction, strength and persistent rain) throughout the day, immediately prior to and/or during the display, may dictate that it would be unsafe to fire some of the larger effects we were planning to use for your display. If this proves to be the case, we will remove them from the display and endeavour to replace them with more suitable devices.

Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel your firework display through adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances (we have yet to cancel a display), we will offer a full refund of all monies paid.

If you chose to cancel the display yourself for whatever reason, we will offer a partial refund, taking into account the circumstances and the expenses/labour we have put into the display.
